Itinerary:

DAYS 1 & 2: SAN FRANCISCO
DAY 1: Upon your arrival at San Francisco International Airport , you'll transfer to a designated hotel by one of our shuttle vans. Check in for two nights at hotel. The afternoon is free for you to explore San Francisco. For example, you can tour Fisherman’s Wharf, take a cable car ride, stroll along the Embarcadero, or visit to the marketplace at the historic Ferry Building. Dinner will be your choice of eating at an Italian, Indian or French restaurant.
DAY 2: We'll cross the Golden Gate Bridge for a tour of nearby Sonoma and Napa Valley Wine Country. The tour includes a visit to the historic square in Sonoma, with time allowed for lunch on your own, then we continue on to Napa Valley to visit two or three wineries. We'll return to San Francisco via the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.

DAYS 3 & 4: CALIFORNIA'S CENTRAL COAST
DAY 3: From San Francisco, we travel south through San Jose, along the San Andreas Fault , past Gilroy (home of the annual Garlic Festival), then on to Salinas. There, we will visit the Steinbeck Center and have lunch. The next stop is Monterey for a tour of Cannery Row, Pacific Grove, 17 Mile Drive and Pebble Beach. We'll stop in Carmel by the Sea, then check into our designated hotel in Monterey and dine at the hotel.
DAY 4: Traveling south along the rugged coastal Highway One, we'll travel along Big Sur and see coastal redwoods as we make out way to San Simeon, home of the Hearst Castle. After lunch, we'll take an easy, 2-hour tour of Hearst Castle. Then we'll continue south through Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, and Pismo Beach.  We'll stop to dine in Santa Barbara. This leg of the tour ends around 9:00 pm in Hollywood at a designated hotel, where we will check-in for two nights.

DAYS 5 & 6: LOS ANGELES & HOLLYWOOD
DAY 5: We'll take a full day's grand tour of Los Angeles, including seeing the homes of approximately 40 current and latter day Hollywood movie stars.
DAY 6: Transfer by shuttle to Los Angeles International Airport

We'll stop in Santa Barbara to see the court house and Mission Santa Barbara, known as the "Queen of the Missions." Then it's on to the delightful Danish village of Solvang, where we will stop for lunch. We'll continue north through the Central Coast wine country, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo to San Simeon, home of the opulent Hearst Castle. After a 2-hour tour of the Hearst Mansion, the magnificent home designed by Julia Morgan for newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst that took decades to construct, we will continue up the coast through Big Sur and groves of coastal redwoods before ending our day in Monterey, where we will check into our hotel.
DAY 4: The morning is free for you to explore Monterey on your own, then we'll take a tour of the town's Cannery Row, the quaint neighboring village of Pacific Grove, then tour 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, and make a brief stop in the nearby artist colony of Carmel. The we're back on the road north, passing fields of artichokes and strawberries as we drive along the San Andreas Fault, passing the towns of Gilroy, Morgan Hill, before we enter San Jose and the heart of sprawling Silicon Valley. Within a hour of passing San Jose, we'll reach San Francisco, most likely around 7:00 pm, where we will check into out hotel for two nights.

DAYS 5 & 6: SAN FRANCISCO
DAY 5: We get an early start to make our way across the Golden Gate Bridge to tour Sonoma and Napa Valley Wine Country. We'll stop to visit the historic downtown square in Sonoma and make time for you to have lunch there on your own. Then, it's on to Napa Valley to visit 2 or 3 wineries.
